" I became interested in wellness and a holistic approach at the age of 11 when I went to the ER after my first anaphylactic response to food. After years of a downward spiral in what should be the healthiest years of your life, I found the tools to start feeling incredible and I was amazed at how just a few little changes in my diet and environment could make me feel so good.
I love helping people break free from these stories that create negative beliefs, energetic implants and overall imbalance. I’ve helped people from all around the World to break free from these energetic stories because this is what is limiting us from living a lifestyle of wellness. During my combined 20 years of working with clients from in my spa and studio, to working with people and companies online, I have created a higher understanding of the inner obstacles we need to release in order to break our limiting belief stories.
I have spent the last eight years homeschooling my daughter with special learning and allergy needs, after watched too many kids go through the public system without the personalized support they need. Barbara is a Certified Aromatherapist, Personal Trainer and Energetic Life Coach, Hypnotherapy, and EFT and TFT with Diplomas in Nutrition and R.E.B.T . A definite multipassionista Barbara also designed and taught web design, social media and marketing techniques to small business owners.
Barbara has been running Bija Coaching for over 15 years, and her spa was opened 25 years ago. She believes that this life is about being available to as many opportunities and possibilities as we can, and has been teaching and guiding others with in personal and online courses and groups for almost twenty years.
