" I became interested in wellness and a holistic approach at the age of 11 when I went to the ER after my first anaphylactic response to food. After years of a downward spiral in what should be the healthiest years of your life, I found the tools to start feeling incredible and I was amazed at how just a few little changes in my diet and environment could make me feel so good.
I love helping people break free from these stories that create negative beliefs, energetic implants and overall imbalance. Barbara has been running Bija Coaching for over 15 years, and her spa was opened 25 years ago.
