" I became interested in wellness and a holistic approach at the age of 11 when I went to the ER after my first anaphylactic response to food. After years of a downward spiral in what should be the healthiest years of your life, I found the tools to start feeling incredible and I was amazed at how just a few little changes in my diet and environment could make me feel so good.
I love helping people break free from these stories that create negative beliefs, energetic implants and overall imbalance.
