Without much #Facebook engagement in the last two weeks I had an aha moment today. I knew with the uptick of #adrenalfatigue I was more likely to have #thyroid symptoms...however what if the lack of the Facebook dopamine hit was a part of the puzzle? What are some possible symptoms of low #dopamine? Feeling worthless or hopeless Self-destructive thoughts or habits Inability to handle stress In ability to control anger/aggression during times of stress Slow processing/sluggish or slow mover Desire for social isolation Easily distracted Need for caffeine or stimulants More prone to addictive habits like: drugs, alcohol, pornography, gambling, internet gaming Time to evaluate what social media is doing to us from the inside out.
